I've gotten several emails from you guys asking how the Relay went. It went GREAT. You can see it
HERE in our local paper. The cards where a hit but we didn't sell all of them. We still brought in several hundred dollars (about $500.00 in all just that day). We did a few other fundraisers as well like Lap Beads that track the miles you walked, pictures with Batman (Superhero's was the Relay theme), cookies, etc. It was a fun day. Hot during the day and freezing at night. I'm surprised our entire team isn't sick. Here's a few pictures of the day.

Here's all the cards that were made...there were more but we had sold quite a bit at this point.

The Bat Cave my girlfriend/Co-Captain and her husband did. They are 2 amazing people and I love them. I couldn't have had this team without them. I can never repay them. Love you Melissa and Bill!!!

Me and Randy Houston from the

Our other Co-Captain Michelle and her adorable hubby Mark trying to stay warm and away in the wee hours of the morning.

And last but not least, my nephew Justin who is in the NAVY in San Diego. He was our 'Relay Queen' and he won!!! He wasn't sure about it at first, but as you can see he totally got into the part! He was a very good looking Drag Queen. Thanks Justin!!! Love you!
So on another note, I'll get back to card making/scrapbooking next week. I have a sick little girl at home with SCARLET FEVER!! Yikes!
